Here are the answers to your frequently asked questions about the IFM Alumni platform.

How do you update your contact details ?

To update your contact informations, simply go to the menu at the top left to access different sections. You can then change your contact information in the "My Account" section.

What is the IFM Alumni directory ?

- Every IFM ALUMNI is registered on the IFM Alumni Official Directory.IFM teams and IFM Alumni can access the IFM Alumni Directory and interact with each other. 

- To be visible to recruiters, clearly indicate that you are "listening to the market" to join the “resume database”

How to submit your resume in the “Resume database” ?

- To be visible to recruiters, clearly indicate that you are "listening to the market" to join the “resume database”

- Your attached resume, your photo portrait, few lines on your major professional interests, on the strongest profile’s characteristics are as important as the information on your different positions and diplomas.

- If you are a freelancer, multi-status, if you are an entrepreneur but you also work on consulting missions, you can add it.

 - On the resume database, recruiters are looking for skills or job titles by keyword, make sure to list them all. 

- Get a French profile as well as an English one to ensure that recruiters who browse the site in English can access your resume.

What is the Forum ?

Finally, if you have a "classified ad" as an alumni-recruiter or alumni-candidate, do not hesitate to post on the forum your search for missions, collaborations, freelancers which are only visible to alumni ;)
