Astrid graduated from ASSAS with a degree in Law, INALCO in Chinese, and holds a master’s degree from Sup des RH. An expert in recruitment and management within the luxury sector, she specializes in supporting creative companies. Since 2010, Astrid has been leading the Management Practice at Floriane de Saint Pierre, where she integrates human capital into core business strategies. In addition, she became a Partner at Eyes on Talents in 2022, contributing to the platform's mission of connecting top creative talents with innovative brands. As a consultant and headhunter, Astrid collaborates with prestigious brands to identify and attract talent. She also shares her expertise through mentoring and academic engagements, notably at IFM and Sciences Po. Passionate about innovation and inclusion, Astrid leads initiatives that emphasize the transformative potential of creativity.
