Alice Bouleau joined Sterling International in 2018, where she has since been focusing on the recruitment of Design, Image and Merchandising Talents. She was promoted to Partner & Head of the Creative Pole in January 2021, managing all of the firm’s creative recruitments globally, and became Partner as of January 2024. Prior to joining Sterling, Alice worked for Proenza Schouler in New York and Paris, first in the Design team then in a Europe-based Consultant role. Before that, she worked as a Business Development Manager at Mo&Co, as an Assistant Editor-in Chief at Stiletto Magazine and a Fashion Editor at That Magazine. Her transversal past tenures endowed her with an extensive knowledge of the creative process, allowing her to scout and qualify talents, and to establish long-lasting relationships with them. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship after which she obtained a BA in Fashion Design.
